The American classic. A lightly chocolate flavoured caked with a deep red colour. Traditionally achieved from a reaction with coco powder and other other ingredients being heated. Nowadays we use (natural) food colouring.

Not suitable for barley, egg or wheat sufferers. May also contain traces of nuts and peanuts.
All cakes are made fresh to order and require a minimum of 2 full days notice (Monday to Friday).
i.e If you need your cake for Wednesday, place your order the Monday before. Monday/Tuesday orders, should be placed the Thursday/Friday of the week before.
